Our clear objective is that all of our key suppliers meet the defined sustainability standards 100%. N. Kara, Head of Supplier and Sustainability Management
Our answer: cooperation with our suppliers
We want to make supply chains more sustainable together with our partners and suppliers.
These sustainability requirements include:
Environmental standards: We expect our suppliers to take measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, energy and water consumption and to minimize waste and pollution. Transparent reporting on environmental impacts and continuous improvements are essential.
Social responsibility: We value fair working conditions throughout the supply chain. This includes appropriate wages, working time regulations and safety standards. Discrimination, forced labor and child labor are unacceptable. We expect respect for employees and the promotion of diversity and inclusion.
Ethical business conduct: Our suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Corruption, bribery and unethical behavior are not tolerated. Transparency and integrity in all
business practices are essential.
A violation of the above points during contractual cooperation, as well as a lack of willingness to cooperate, have disciplinary consequences that can extend to the termination of the business relationship.
